​Lettuce Create was born from a simple idea—fresh, flavorful food that’s fast, fun, and feel-good. Founded by Michael Wray, a seasoned Operations Manager and proud Air Force veteran, the vision behind Lettuce Create is to bring something new to Clayton: a place where healthy eating meets bold taste in a welcoming, modern setting.
We specialize in custom salads and wraps, made with high-quality ingredients, grilled meats cooked and prepared daily, and house-made dressings that keep it interesting.
